Hearivo Vio Pro – How to Pair Bluetooth and Use Sound Control App
Pairing To Bluetooth - To pair your smartphone to the Hearivo Vio Pro hearing aids follow these steps...
- 1In your phone's Bluetooth Settings, turn on Bluetooth.
- Take the hearing aids out of the case. They should automatically pair to Bluetooth.
- In your phone's Bluetooth Settings, Search for "FT09E" and tap the connect button.
Download "Z-hearing" App - To use the personalized sound control app, go to the Apple App Store or Google Play and search for "Z-hearing" and download the app. With your hearing aids out of the charging case, open the Z-Hearing app and it should automatically connect to your hearing aids (be sure hearing aids are paired to Bluetooth). From there you can set the volume levels of each ear, set different sound modes, and take hearing tests.
Take a Hearing Test - To get started, you can select from a Quick Test or an In-Depth Test. Tap one of the test buttons to start and follow the prompts. When done with the hearing test, it will prompt you with the option to apply the recommended sound profile to your hearing aids.
Personalize Sound Levels - If you want to personalize the sound settings further, you can do so on the main screen. You also have the option to select from 3 preset sound modes: Indoor Daily, Outdoor Activities, or Public Transportation. Or, you can do a full personalized tuning by tapping the "Audiologist Tuning" button to personalize all of the sound settings.
