Hearivo Vio Pro – How To Charge Your Hearing Aids

1. Remove the protective sticker - When you first remove the hearing aids from the charging case you will notice a clear sticker (with a blue tip) over the charging ports. Remove the sticker before charging the hearing aids in the charging case.

2. Charge The Charging Case - Insert the Type-C end of the charging cable into the back of the charging case. Insert the USB end into a charging block and then into a wall outlet.
  1. Charge the case for 2-3 hours.
  2. White Indicator Light On - This means that the charging case is being charged.
  3. White Indicator Light On - This means that the charging case has been charged.
It may take longer for the very first charge after receiving the new hearing aids.

3. Charge The Hearing Aids - Insert the hearing aids into the charging case (if the hearing aids are not in the case when you received them). Be sure both hearing aids are seated all the way down in the ports before charging.
  1. Blue Indicator Light On - This means that the hearing aids are being charged.
  2. Blue Indicator Light Off - This means that the hearing aids are done being charged.
