Clean Your Ears Before Wearing - Please use a cotton swab to clean your ear canal before trying on the hearing aid. If there is too much wax build-up in your ear, it will block the sound and may force the hearing aid not to work properly.
1. Choose Your Earbuds - Choose earbuds that best fit your ear canal size. There are several sizes included with your hearing aids. Your hearing aids come fitted with "normal" sized earbuds that can easily be changed.
2. Place Chosen Earbuds on Hearing Aids - Install the selected earbuds on the end of the hearing aid by pushing the open end onto the tip of the hearing aid.
3. Insert Hearing Aids Into Ears - Take the hearing aids out of the case and insert them into your ear canal. Be sure the microphone outlet is towards the back of the ear.
4. Hearing Aids Will Automatically Turn On - Once the hearing aids are out of the charging case for 10 seconds they will automatically turn on. If they do not automatically turn on, be sure to confirm that the hearing aids are fully charged.
5. Adjust the Volume - You can adjust the volume of each hearing aid by lightly touching the round "M" button. There are 5 levels of volume. Volume 1 is the lowest and volume 5 is the highest. Touch the "M" button once and you will hear a beep as the volume is increased by one level. When you hear 3 beeps you have reached the highest volume level. Be sure not to cover the microphone outlet when setting the volume levels.
6. Turn the Hearing Aids Off - After each use, place the hearing aids back into the charging case. They will automatically turn off after 10 seconds. Or, you can manually turn off the hearing aids by pressing the "M" button for 10 seconds.
