Hearivo QX Pro – How To Wear & Adjust Your Hearing Aids

Clean Your Ears Before Wearing - Please use a cotton swab to clean your ear canal before trying on the hearing aid. If there is too much wax build-up in your ear, it will block the sound and may force the hearing aid not to work properly.

1. Choose Your Earbuds
  1. Choose earbuds that best fit your ear canal size. There are several sizes included with your hearing aids. Your hearing aids come fitted with "normal" sized earbuds that can easily be changed.
2. Place Chosen Earbuds on Hearing Aids
  1. Install the selected earbuds on the end of the hearing aid by pushing the open end onto the tip of the hearing aid.
3. Place Hearing Aids on Ear and In Ear
  1. Take the hearing aids out of the charging case. Place the large control until on the top of your ear and the small receiver in your ear canal.
4. Hearing Aids Will Automatically Turn On
  1. Once the hearing aids are out of the charging case for a few seconds they will automatically turn on.
  2. If they do not automatically turn on, be sure to confirm that the hearing aids are fully charged.
5. Adjust the Volume
  1. Hearing Aid Mode - When in hearing aid mode (not Bluetooth mode), push the top of the function button 1-6 times to increase the volume. Push the bottom button to decrease the volume. This can be done for each hearing aid.
  2. Select Sound Modes - Push and hold the top function button for 3 seconds to select from the 4 different pre-programmed sound modes (general, indoors, outdoors, and tinnitus mode).
  3. Bluetooth Mode - When in Bluetooth mode, download the "ForSound" app (available on Apple App Store and Google Play) and control the volume using the app.
6. Turn the Hearing Aids Off
  1. After each use, place the hearing aids back into the charging case.
  2. They will automatically turn off after a few seconds.
