Pairing To Bluetooth - To pair your smartphone to the Hearivo Vio Pro hearing aids follow these steps...
- In your phone's Bluetooth Settings, turn on Bluetooth.
- Take the hearing aids out of the case. They should automatically pair to Bluetooth.
- In your phone's Bluetooth Settings, Search for "5118L" and tap the connect button.
Switch Between Hearing Aid Mode and Music/Phone Mode - On the hearing aids, press and hold the lower toggle button for 3 seconds to switch between hearing aid mode and music/phone mode. It will say "hearing mode" or "music mode".
Download "ForSound" App - To use the personalized sound control app, go to the Apple App Store or Google Play and search for "ForSound" and download the app. With your hearing aids out of the charging case, open the ForSound app and it should automatically connect to your hearing aids (be sure hearing aids are paired to Bluetooth). From there you can set the volume levels of each ear, set different sound modes, and take hearing tests.
Take a Hearing Test - To get started, tap the "Hearing Check" button at the bottom. Then tap the "Start hearing check" button to get started with the test. When done with the hearing test, it will prompt you with the option to apply the recommended sound profile to your hearing aids.
Select From 4 Sound Modes - Tap "Home" at the bottom then the "Mode" at the top. Then select from the following 4 sound modes...
- General
- Indoors
- Outdoors
- Tinnitus
Personalize Sound Levels - Tap "Home" at the bottom then the "Advanced" at the top. Then set sound frequencies for both hearing aids. Tap "Mode" to change sound modes.
